Please download the questionnaire (MS Word, 28kb), fill it in*, and e-mail it as an attachment to lawrence_ali@hotmail.com. Please title the e-mail 'Stilton Questionnaire'.

There's a prize draw for Showcase cinema tickets for you and a friend. To be entered simply put your name at the end of the questionnaire. If you don't want to put your name down that's fine, we still want to know what you think!
