Please have your rubbish outside your property by 7am on the first collection day, making sure it does not encroach onto the footpath.

"White Goods" are collected separately by lorry. For safety, please take the doors or lids off fridges and freezers.

The following can NOT be collected:

• garden refuse (use your wheelie bin)
• rubber (including old tyres)
• builders' rubble or hardcore
• engines and waste oil
• cast iron stoves
• tree trunks, unless cut into short lengths and bagged
• loose tree branches - please tie into bundles
• any large or heavy items that cannot be lifted into the vehicle easily by two men.
  
  

Garden waste and large quantities of paper should go into the appropriate bins for recycling.

If you can't wait for a special rubbish collection, Huntingdonshire District Council provide a paid bulky collection service.
